COVID PROTOCOL

FACILITIES AND HYGIENE

  • All facilities are disinfected daily
  • There are mandatory hand sanitiser dispensers in many common areas of the hotel
  • Protective screen in customer reception areas
  • The use of the lift is limited to one person or a maximum of two if sharing a room
  • Room keys are fully disinfected
  • Towels and bed linen are washed at a high temperature
  • Regular cleaning of ventilation filters

CUSTOMERS

  •  Hand sanitiser dispensers are available in common areas
  • Wherever possible, we recommend payment by bank card
  • Payment terminals are regularly disinfected

STAFF

  • All our staff are familiar with the new safety and hygiene measures

FOOD SERVICE

  • Capacity is controlled to avoid overcrowding
  • Menus are no longer available in rooms
