FACILITIES AND HYGIENE
- All facilities are disinfected daily
- There are mandatory hand sanitiser dispensers in many common areas of the hotel
- Protective screen in customer reception areas
- The use of the lift is limited to one person or a maximum of two if sharing a room
- Room keys are fully disinfected
- Towels and bed linen are washed at a high temperature
- Regular cleaning of ventilation filters
CUSTOMERS
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are available in common areas
- Wherever possible, we recommend payment by bank card
- Payment terminals are regularly disinfected
STAFF
- All our staff are familiar with the new safety and hygiene measures
FOOD SERVICE
- Capacity is controlled to avoid overcrowding
- Menus are no longer available in rooms
